Infinit-1 Communications Services, Inc. engaged the services of NewGen IT Corporation. The engagement agreement is for the outsourcing of part of IT management functions of Inifinit-1. The services provided include computer maintenance, technical support, network management, Internet hosting and ad-hoc IT consultancy.

Infinit-1 is a multimedia communications company that offers professional services from its pool of communication specialists, whose fields of expertise range from communication strategy to project management, from creative concepts to graphic design, from writing to photography, from scripts to screen.

According to Ms. Sony Jalandoni, CEO of Infinit-1, they have been looking for a company that could help them whenever they have problems with their computers.  Computers are integral part of multimedia production. Being in this business, it's very important that their computers are well maintained to keep it working efficiently.

The service engagement is very cost-effective for Infinit-1 as they don't need to hire full-time IT support personnel. Plus, they would get the services of not just one IT staff but the entire team of NewGen IT's highly-qualified IT experts who have varied and complementary expertise.

Aside from technical support and computer maintenance, NewGen IT also offered Internet hosting. With this service, Infinit-1 would be able to establish its Internet presence.  The management and staff of Infinit-1 are now using email addresses using their own Internet domain (infinit-1.com) with the help of their new IT service provider. The two companies are now collaborating on the development of Infinit-1's corporate website.
